 - “Maonah” Association for Human Rights and Immigration has launched an electronic copy of its annual 
report, the fourth on the state of human rights in Yemen in 2013, where the report included delicate and distinctive monitoring and documenting to the most prominent crimes and systematic grave breaches to human rights and international humanitarian law that took place in Yemen since the beginning of 2013 until the end of the year.  This report  is titled "Yemen in 2013: a state without sovereignty, and the international custody is knocking doors",

“Maonah” Association for Human Rights and Immigration has launched an electronic copy of its annual report, the fourth on the state of human rights in Yemen in 2013, where the report included delicate and distinctive monitoring and documenting to the most prominent crimes and systematic grave breaches to human rights and international humanitarian law that took place in Yemen since the beginning of 2013 until the end of the year. This report is titled "Yemen in 2013: a state without sovereignty, and the international custody is knocking doors", where the report comes in six main sections, first section includes the introduction and summary of the report, while the second section is titled “Special Coverage of human rights violations in the province of Hodeidah -Tehama "; It is the first human rights report qualitatively in terms of its focusing for the first time on the most prominent human rights violations that have occurred in the Tehama region Hodeidah province for the year 2013 which is the province that has been completely forgotten by any professional reports of human rights to monitor human rights systematic horrible abuses that occurred in the past and the present. The report Also focused on monitoring and documenting the crime of arrest and kidnapping by Eritrean authorities of hundreds of Yemeni fishermen at sea and detaining them for years. The third section of the report is made of the ugliest crimes of terrorism and the deliberate killing and grave violations-systematically and massively- to human rights that have occurred in Yemen in 2013. And fourth section of the report is titled “reality of accountability and local justice” and it includes analysis, monitoring and documenting the reality and challenges of the Yemeni judiciary. Fifth section of the report is titled “the future scenarios in Yemen and an analysis of the reality of the Yemeni and challenges and expectations of the Association of the future of Yemen in 2014, The collapse of the Yemeni state or prospects of the imposition of international trusteeship” ... and concluded Section VI “final recommendations” which addresses to all parties, local, regional and international player and influential in Yemeni arena.
On this occasion, President of the Association said ,in a press statement, he first thank the working group of this report and the Association and all those who contributed and helped the association in the monitoring and the issuance of this report on human rights, and that he hopes that all can benefit from the contents of the report as part of the process of promoting and protecting human rights in Yemen and for the sake of reduction of any violations in future ...
