Proceedings and the events of the case / prosecution motivations

2 - It is worth mentioning that just a visit to Colonel / Gaddafi rebels and meeting them and incite them is the explicit recognition of it by adopting them, and their subordination to him and his involvement with them in their crimes and their effects continued until now, not to mention that just announcing the ability to stop the sabotage carried out by the criminal gang is hard evidence confirms the involvement and participation of the state of Libya under the leadership of Colonel Gaddafi of all the crimes against humanity committed by the rebels and continuing until now because of the planting of landmines and other killings and wounding of Yemeni civilians unarmed women and children, the elderly, homeless and other continuing effects to now, most important of which heinous crimes of genocide and crimes against humanity of the results of the explosions continued for (12) million mines planted rebels supported and abetted by the defendant at random during the conflict in the territory of mountains and methods of the central areas and border, which still exists and continues to this day to kill and maim and mutilate dozens and even hundreds of thousands of people continuously and almost daily without any fault of their own as the last mine blast took place on Friday corresponding to 25/05/2007 AD resulted in the injured girl called Samar Mohamed Ali Codan ‘twelve “from the central province of Ibb grazing sheep and also to mobilize the independent newspaper in its issue number (39) and the date 11/7/2007 m, and not only that but the approval of the President of the Government of Yemen , Dr. Ali Mujawar to this constantly mine tragedy in the central phenomenon of today and the list of unresolved and in his reply to his interrogation by the Yemeni parliament on 18/7/2007 m in front of the Yemeni Parliament, and the text published in the newspaper of the Republic of the Yemeni government official on 19 / 7 / 2007 m attached to this ... 3 - It should be noted that ( tragedy of the laying of mines) in the central regions of Yemen, people and the owners and beneficiaries of agricultural land and other has been deprived since then and even now they cannot take advantage of their land and property because of the risk and the existence of such mines, and not only that but they have destroyed the elements of the economic life of dignity for themselves and their children and to their dependents, and because of the presence of these deadly mines in their lands and villages that are still implanted them within an area of more than (168.000) km 2 according to the latest official statistics from the government of Yemen and the United Nations, while there is no inventory of actual real numbers of the daily victims of the explosion of these mines since the date of planting and until the moment as a result of abandonment of the Yemeni government to address the situation of mine victims or compensating their victims
