The Coordination of the alliances of civil society organizations to establish a special criminal court to terrorism in Yemen (which includes the coalition of organizations "partners" and the Alliance of organizations unite and the coalition of civil peace) welcomed the size of the interaction of the people that was not expected and with the great voluntary campaign launched in Sana’a on Friday, which demanded the establishment of a specialized court to consider the cases of crimes of terrorism that took place in Yemen.
The Coordination in a statement today, Saturday, 26 / May / 2012 considered it is a clear and practical respond of the public against terrorism, and at the same time is a positive indicator on the success of the popular campaign led by the civil organizations of Yemen to demand the establishment of special international criminal tribunal for terrorism crimes that took place in Yemen , to mark the anniversary of the last year's presidential mosque crime and coincide with the occurrence of the Sabeen field crime and crimes of the last seventy and Arhab and Abyan continued terrorist crimes.
The Coordination said in a statement: that It welcomes this peoples interaction on the campaign and collect signatures, the Committee stresses the need to be concerned with specialized court to consider all the terrorism crimes and political assassinations starting with the assassination of Mr. / Jarallah Omar and passing the offense of the presidency mosque and ending with the Sabeen field crime, also the terrorist massacres carried out by the forces of terror in the Dows valley and Arhab and Shabwa and Abyan province.
In the same vein the Coordination appealed to all the good forces to deliver to the Representative of the Secretary General of the United Nations in Yemen Mr. Jamal bin Omar the claims for the Secretary-General of the United Nations for the formation of this Court as the Special Court of President Rafik Hariri in Lebanon and to help to detect the real terrorists and those who stand behind them in Yemen.
The Coordination also demanded at the end of its statement the families of victims of crimes of terrorism and all the sons of the Yemeni people to interact with the campaign to collect one million signatures to demand the international community to form a special tribunal for terrorism crimes in Yemen to ensure that the terrorists do not escape and those who stand behind them with impunity, believing that it will stand in the face of the establishment of the court - and this demand of the project - from local and international forces will reveal itself as a partner and supporter of terrorism.
