Lawyer Alawo: we have seen an international consensus for the establishment of special international criminal tribunal for crimes of terrorism in Yemen as the “Hariri" court in Lebanon, and the and the presidency mosque crime will be its first crime, and reveals a human rights delegation visit to Geneva.

A team of Yemeni civil society organizations Leaves Yemen tonight to Geneva to participate in the activities of the nineteenth session of the Human Rights Council at the United Nations headquarters in "Geneva", and during the session it will discuss and assess the human rights situation in Yemen as contained in its previous decision and the report of the High Commissioner for Human Rights on Yemen.
The lawyer Muhammad Ali Alawo head of Maonah Association for Human Rights, said in a special press release that he sensed the presence of semi-new international consensus to create a special international criminal tribunal for terrorism crimes in Yemen as the court of "Hariri" in Lebanon, and the crime of bombing the presidential mosque would be the first international terrorist crimes in it, as a kind of proof of the partnership of the international community in combating terrorism crimes in Yemen, which is growing day after day in a grotesque and systematic way because of the impunity of those involved in these terrorist crimes, which encouraged al-Qaeda terrorist in the Arabian Peninsula to expand more and committing new terrorist offenses tougher than its predecessors " like the Dowfis massacre in Abyan last model "as noted by the international community that one of the reasons for the increasing terrorist activities in Yemen is the absence of any active role for the judiciary of Yemen in the fight against terrorism due to the influence of political differences between the political parties and its inability to the prosecution of all the terrorists involved in the most serious international terrorist crime in the world that took place in 2011, the crime of bombing the presidency mosque of Yemen "terrorist" and condemned by the international community unanimously in the UN Security Council Resolution 2014 and other international decisions and considered this terrorist incidents ugly and called for the need to hold the perpetrators with no impunity.
Mr. "Alawo," added, The efforts will focus on the clarification and explanation of the terrible suffering experienced by Yemenis of terrorism crimes sustained by terrorist groups, extremist and other abuses, as well as the support of the international public opinion, that approves to the formation of the first special international criminal tribunal for terrorism crimes in Yemen such as Lebanon's special court....
Alawo remarked in his statement: to what will be played by the organization headed by him saying that the Association has prepared a jurist distinct report entitled "Yemen drown in the swamp of terrorism, while the international community watches" as the Association have observed and documented the human rights situation in Yemen in 2011 in both Arabic and English, in partnership with the April 27 Organization to raise awareness of democracy and human rights and will be distributed on the sidelines of the events.

Noting that the Yemeni civil society organizations will hold events and hold seminars and workshops convened by international organizations concerned with human rights in Yemen.

Through the adoption of a proposed resolution to form a special international criminal tribunal for terrorism crimes in Yemen, adding that the crime of bombing the presidency mosque will be one of the most prominent terrorist crimes to be investigated internationally.
