Today in Sana'a: The lunch of the first global campaign to pressure the international community to issue a decision to form a special criminal court to terrorism in Yemen, and the leadership of the campaign addresses Ban Ki-moon for the quick formation of this court to save Yemen from terrorism.

A large number of human rights non-governmental organizations in Yemen, Launched in Sana'a today "the global alliance campaign for the formation of a special criminal court for the terrorism crimes in Yemen," as the first international Alliance campaign of human rights non-governmental organization that will be based in the city of Sana'a and its primary objectives are: to mobilize efforts and capacities to pressure the international community to save Yemen before it drowns in the swamp of cross-border terrorism, through the issuance of an international resolution to form a special criminal court for terrorism crimes in Yemen, as well as a joint coordination to implement the goals and objectives of the Convention on the establishment of the United Nations and strengthening international peace and security, based on the founding charter of the United Nations and international, regional and local treaties and conventions and related legislations.

A press release issued today by the Maonah Association for Human Rights and migration - Coordinator of the campaign - one of the founders said: to launch this campaign today, comes as a response of the civil society organizations, as it is relatively a late response to the demands and wishes are necessities for the majority of the people of Yemen, who is suffering from the terrorism and extremism crimes on a daily and continuously basis in the negative respond from the international community because of the absence of any international judicial mechanism that measures to fight terrorism and the pursuit of its components with no impunity as for the international community's repeated denunciation and condemnation data, not to mention the inability of local justice agencies to do the prosecution of terrorists crossing the border on its own, it is also because most of the real terrorists escape punishment for the past of crimes in Yemen in particular, in addition that the plight of victims of terrorism and extremism crimes has not been recognized during periods of years, so we note the increase and frequency of these terrorist crimes and violations in the past, now and in the near future and long term alike.

The statement said that membership in this "global campaign" is voluntary and will be open for people, victims and human rights organizations, local and international recognized legal in Yemen and their countries, and so it will be the headquarters of the campaign the main city of Sanaa, starting, as the statement said that the Preparatory Committee for the campaign that launched campaign today sent a letter appealing to Mr. Ban Ki-moon United Nations Secretary General and the members of the UN Security Council in which it appealed to them to respond to its demand for the main, a the issuance a UN resolution to form a special criminal court to terrorism in Yemen, in the first meeting of the UN Security Council on Yemen before they divide Yemen in the swamp of terrorism and become a trace after an eye.
