Press Release: Maonah Association strongly condemns the violations of human rights and freedoms exercised by Sinan Geron Deputy Governor of Al-Baidha Affairs - against the sons of the directorates of Radaa, the latest crime was the freedom detention of businessman Hamoud Naji Sabahi for four days, and without any legal justification, and appeals to the President of the Republic to guide for the release of the prisoner and the order investigation with all who ordered to prison him, in accordance with the law.

The Maonah Association for Human Rights and Migration Monitored and documented this violation by Sinan Geron - Deputy of the province of Al-Baidha Affairs Radaa in his arrest and imprisonment guidance of businessman Hamoud Naji Sabahi for four days in Radaa prison and without any legal justification, this heinous crime comes after less than a month to commit the crime of assault on campus of the Faculty of Education Radaa and insulting the Dean and he was attacked which led to the suspension of the study and tests in the university, but any legal action has not taken against the newly appointed Deputy??????????? .

In the Association statement this evening, Thursday, 26 / April/ 2012, shown that such illegal acts and of booking freedoms of citizens without any legal justification and by the mentioned Deputy are considered serious violations of human rights and freedoms and misuse of Civil Service Regulations, which are all punishable crimes by law and international conventions thus, the Association appeals to all human rights organizations, local and international to the condemnation and denunciation of these heinous crimes and demand that the government of Yemen speed for the release of detainees without any justification and to hold the people responsible for committing such crimes and be removed from their jobs after they undergo to achieve a transparent and fair trial in accordance with the law.

In conclusion, the Association statement: appeals to His Excellency President of the Republic Field Marshal Abd RaboMansour Hadi to direct through the Governor of Al-Baidha for the immediate release of the above mentioned businessman which is unfairly trapped in Radaa security prison and many other, and guidance to open an investigation into all violations of human rights violations committed by the mentioned Deputy since the decision to his appointment in Radaa in accordance with the laws in force.
