Press Release: Maonah Association condemns and deplores the murder of the Yemeni citizen Babel Al-Sanabani by an armed gang belonging to the daughter of the President of the Government of Yemen and considers it "the crime of state terrorism," and calling for the Attorney General and Minister of Interior to speed the arrest of all members of this gang and bring them to a fair trial

Maonah Association in a press release issued today:condemned and denounced the heinous terrorist crime that occurred yesterday afternoon and led to the killing of /Babel Jabr Sanabani and who is a guard at the oxide Languages Institute in Hadda area in the capital Sana'a by an armed gang composed of several individuals that all the initial news says they are from the escorts of the daughter of Mr. Prime Minister, Mr. Mohammed Salem Basendwah, according to what is reported by various media sources.

The Association said in a statement this evening, Saturday, 12 / May / 2012 they are condemning this heinous crime which claimed the life of Yemeni citizen without any legal justification, and the Association gives its deepest condolences to the family of the victim as it considers it "crimes of state terrorism" because it is committed by the escorts or guards belonging to the daughter of the Prime Minister and which her father is supposed not to allow terrorist gangs like this to protect his daughter in a conservative society that does not need its women to have armed escorts, not to mention that her father " Prime Minister "is the man who calls for the state civil and claims he is fighting the phenomenon of unaccompanied and bullying, but it seems that the mere words of the consumption of media only evidence is what happened in this heinous crime and unexpected, and at the same time the Association calls the prime minister, a civil man to speed the delivery of all Armed gang members that committed this heinous crime to the competent authorities for investigation according to law, as well as to link all parties to exercise restraint and abide by the rules and the law, and calls on all local and international organizations to condemn this crime and the perpetrators and ask the head of the Yemeni government to open a judicial inquiry which is committed to standards of the legal rights of the accused.

The Association concluded its statement by making an appeal to the Attorney General and Minister of Interior to direct quickly for the arrest of this terrorist gang, which proceeded to commit this heinous crime and bring them to justice to be punished for what its deterrent sinful hands did and in accordance with law and order.
