The Maonah statement said : that the current government is unable to completely do its responsibilities toward the violation of rights of its citizens, as the evidence "documented" confirms that the key party in the current government is involved in the series of genocide crimes committed by al-Qaeda terrorist in most areas of Yemen against unarmed civilians and members of the military camps of Yemen and most recently the massacre carried out by a terrorist preliminary evidence says that he belonged to the armored first division led by Major General Ali Muhsin al-Ahmar and suspected his close relations to al Qaeda, a massacre that led to the deaths of approximately 100 men of the Central security forces of the Yemeni people and wounding about 300 during their training on the rehearsals for the parade on the occasion of rejoicing Yemeni unity in the field of Al-Sabeen on 21 May, the Government of Yemen has not taken any serious steps to investigate the massacre terrorist attacks that shook the world, as it did not trial suspected ties to terrorism who stands behind it as we have said, riding roughshod over all principles of humanity and moral simple and piercing all international and regional treaties and national legislation, where is its directory complicity with terrorism and are therefore complicit in all the crimes of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity under the nose of the whole world.

The Maonah Association for Human Rights, "The situation in Yemen today on the verge of collapse, especially with the insistence of" and the complicity of "some international powers overseeing the implementation of the Gulf initiative with some of the local forces to keep the grounds and the symbols of the tension and split the military in their official positions," Major General Ali Muhsin al-Ahmar, for example, but not "indifferent to popular demands and the requirements and spirit of initiative, which explicitly states the departure of the causes of tension of the political security of the country

The Association "What further complicate matters even more is the increase in crimes of terrorism, violence and sectarian extremism, by armed militias affiliated with religious parties that became a partner in the government of national reconciliation, as is happening in the armed clashes currently under way in the provinces of Hajja and Saada and Al-Jouf between militias followed the Islah Party against Houthis and vice , continuously and systematically, which harvested the lives of tens and even hundreds of civilians while the international and local community watching and not move a finger to stop the case with crimes of genocide of the Yemenis, giving a negative image and bleak the situation in Yemen in the future is to become a square ground for the liquidation of political conflicts International on its territory and the blood of its sons that are deceived, and in light of the political and security loose which is unprecedented and the loss of state control over most areas of Yemen "
