Maonah Association condemns and strongly deplores the statements and recent decisions of the Minister Al-Amrani and violating to the law and the administrative system of the state.
The Maonah Association for Human Rights and Migration in a press release issued today: expressed its dismay and condemnation of the extreme statements by the Minister of Information Ali Al-Amrani today in the Yemen satellite channel, which showed his revenge and bigotry as it is unjustified against the other partner in the government and therefore it has become one of the reasons of political tension and against any attempt by ES national, let alone transgressions explicit law, most notably the rape to the authorities and functions of the President of the Republic through his appointment of a person in the position of Director General of Radio and TV, while the appointment to this position is a presidential decree issued by the President of the Republic and not the Minister of Information in accordance with the laws in force, and the second of those offenses committed by the Minister Al-Amrani, where he issued a decision Excluding the journalist Muhammad Saleh Almkhcr - Director of the Information Office in Radaa from office was done without the knowledge or consent of the leadership of the local authority in the province of Al-Baidha and its inherent jurisdiction in issuing this decision, as the minister has also appointed a replacement the information says he is not an employee so far in the state apparatus and thus the Minister of Information has committed by his decisions several serious crimes against Yemen through the abuse of power.

The Association considers such acts and statements of the information minister since he took office in the government of national reconciliation comes in a series to spread the spirit of hatred and grudges among Yemenis through the exercising the policy of systematic exclusions and contrary to the law and the spirit of national reconciliation based, as they prepared measures arbitrary purpose of settling personal and political accounts by this minister has affected dozens of people from Yemen from office for just a difference with them in opinion, while necessary to the Minister to be more careful to spread the spirit of harmony and reject the culture of hatred.

In conclusion, the Association statement appealed to the President of the Republic Field Marshal Abd Rabo Mansour Hadi to compel the Minister of Information to respect law and order and terms of reference in its resolutions above violation of all laws and shall be obligated to respect the spirit of national reconciliation based on the basis of the Gulf initiative, or dismissal from office if he will continue this mental destructive and the decisions of exclusion issued from time to time, without legal justification

The Association does not miss the praise and appreciation of the position taken by the Responsible leadership of the local authority in the province of Al-Baidha rejection of the decision being a physical assault on the explicit functions of the local elected authority and specified in the law of the local authority in force.
