Yemeni human rights Organizations condemns the film production offending the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH), as well as all acts of violence demagoguery that occurred because of it, also strongly condemns murder of Yemeni citizens in front of the U.S. embassy in Sana'a, and condemns the attempts of the Yemeni security to arrest the injured Mutahar Zabara from inside the hospital, which was seeking treatment in it, and renewed its rejection of any foreign military presence on the Yemeni territory under any justification and considers it a foreign occupation that must be addressed by all legitimate means .

A press release issued by a number of the Yemeni human rights organizations Said It strongly condemns the American film offending the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and considers it as extreme insult and an attack on all Muslims in the world but all heavenly religions, and at the same time it condemns all acts of violence demagoguery that have occurred because of the demonstrations accompanying in front of the U.S. embassies around the world, these organizations also condemned strongly the murders of Yemeni citizens who demonstrated in front of the U.S. embassy in Sanaa in protest at the offending film, and held the governments of Yemen and America responsibile for these serious crimes against demonstrators and innocent people of Yemen and demanded the removal of the Yemeni Government of National Reconciliation due to its inability to protect its citizens.
The human rights organizations said in a joint statement released today: it denounces the injury crime of Mutahar Essam Zabara shot by "unknowns" who were in Sana'a Sheraton Hotel during a peaceful demonstration to protest the abusive American film, It also condemns the attempt of the Yemeni security to arrest the infected Zabara from inside the hospital in which they were seeking treatment, According to the information that Essam Zabara is still in intensive care in the hospital with the presence of tight security like the perpetrator and not the victim of the resurrection of peaceful action and the right of their rights is the right to protest and demonstrate.
The Yemeni organizations also renewed its condemnation and absolute rejection of any foreign military presence on Yemeni territory under any name and any justification and considers rejected military occupation and Yemenis should address it by all means guaranteed in international law and domestic law.
And organizations condemning all those crimes and serious violations of the rights of Muslims and people of Yemen, they demanded brother the President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi to his constitutional responsibility in maintaining security and stability and the rule of Yemen through the rejection of foreign military intervention under any pretext, also demanding immediate intervention to save the injured Zabara who is 15 years old and is in intensive care and treatment at the expense of the state, and asked him to investigate the above crimes and abuses and apologize to the victims of Yemen and their families and their compensation according to the law and to prosecute the interior minister.
The organizations concluded by appealing to all local and international organizations and the international community to adopt the legislation criminalizing all abuses of the divine religions and religious symbols, to stop these violations and crimes in the future.
