The Association publishes a daily update of the agenda for the 51st session of the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva to inform you of the most prominent events in this session, as follows:

Fact-finding mission on #Venezuela
- Update of the UN Human Rights Office on #Myanmar
- Annual discussion on the integration of human rights from a gender perspective in all the work of the Council.
Submission of briefings to NGOs under item 4

On Monday, September 26 (the eleventh day) within the work of the 51st session of the Human Rights Council under Item 4: Human rights situations that require special attention from the Council, the League and the Geneva Center will present an oral briefing in this session on human rights violations in Yemen in particular.




It is worth noting that the Association is an international non-governmental organization that holds consultative status with the United Nations (observer status) and participates in this session through a specialized and professional human rights team. In a number of countries and according to the agenda of each session.

The Association publishes daily the agenda of the session as a contribution in the framework of spreading comprehensive awareness of the mechanisms of promoting human rights for all people as one of the objectives of the Association. The period from September 12 to October 7 next, the discussion topics before the Human Rights Council and the most prominent daily activities accompanying this session will be published.

Knowing that the proceedings of this meeting and the text of the briefings will be broadcast on United Nations television directly from the Internet, and we will publish the text of the briefings issued by our organization later.
