6 / on July 4, 2019 AD and on the initiative and funding of the Aid Association for Human Rights and Immigration and in partnership with the Yemeni community in New York, the Association held the first annual honoring ceremony for the first outstanding graduates of American male and female students of Yemeni origin in the year Al-Tarasi 2018, in the framework of the project to promote the right to education for Yemeni immigrants and their children in America as a human right and sustainable development and to encourage them to continue education. 4 / On September 24, 2020 AD the Aid Association for Human Rights at the 45th session of the Human Rights Council Geneva An oral statement about the unfortunate human rights situation in Yemen. She stressed the deterioration of the Yemeni health care system and the lack of medicines that negatively affect the right to health for most of the country's population due to the ongoing conflict there by all parties to the conflict. It denounced the Houthi militia's destruction of health and humanitarian care facilities and the seizure and looting of most foreign humanitarian aid. In this session, an open discussion and forum for member states began to assess the progress made in implementing the United Nations Secretary-General's Guideline on Transitional Justice and take advantage of practical experiences to consider best practices and factors that could contribute to the success of the transitional justice process. It will also provide an opportunity to further think about the role of the Security Council and how United Nations missions, regional organizations and partners can effectively support transitional justice and promote sustainable peace and security nationally.
