The Maonah Association for Human Rights expressed that its deeply concerned by the continuing acts of power cuts and the bombing of transmission lines and prevent the passage of locomotives oil and gas, so by the militias, armed insurgent affiliated with the 'islah' Reform Party, "Muslim Brotherhood" in the Jadaan Marib and Nihm area, and Arhab area routinely and on the most recent being yesterday 9 | 8 | 2011.
The Maonah Association said in a statement that the policy of cutting off electricity, gas and oil is a crime against humanity and collective punishment is unacceptable and reprehensible, over and over Yemen is living in darkest darkness because of the crimes, gangs, terrorism sabotage that cut power lines and, sadly, the Electricity enterprise reforms the devastation caused by such acts carried out by gangs, of vandalism, until they stretch their sinful hands and re-destruct it again.
The Maonah Association for Human Rights condemns and deplores all such destructive acts that are carried out by elements of militias, of the Joint Meeting Parties and the Islah Party, it is considered that all these acts of serious and persistent form of collective punishment against the people of Yemen with no reason as it is a deliberate and serious violation of human rights by these terrorist known gangs , namely crimes of genocide, war crimes and crimes against humanity and the gangs leaders must be held legally responsible for their continuous crimes according to Islam and the law
Maonah Association calls on all security authorities in the prosecution of perpetrators of such acts of sabotage and bring them to justice to be punished a result of what their sinful hands had committed
