Urgent Press Release: Maonah Association condemns the murder of three Yemeni Emigrants within their store in America and appeals to the U.S. President Obama to direct the U.S. authorities to quickly arrest the perpetrators and bring them to justice and reveal the investigations to the public.

The Maonah Association for Human Rights and Migration condemned and denounced the murder of three Yemeni Emigrants, including a child at the age of 15 years studying in high school. The crime hppend within their store in the state of North Carolina in the U.S. by unknown assailants last night during an armed robbery on their store in the city of FARMVILL, North Carolina, according to a number of media sources.

In a press statement of the Association this evening, Tuesday, 3 / April / 2012, : the Association wished peace for the souls of the Yemeni martyrs who have fallen victims of this heinous terrorist crime, at the same time it appeals to the U.S. President Mr.Obama to intervene in this case by directing the concerned U.S. authorities to speed the arrest of the people that committed this heinous crime and bring them to prosecution in order to be punished as a result of what their sinful hands had committed towards these Yemeni emigrants, and asked him to conduct a transparent investigation in this case to know the circumstances, causes, motives and in cooperation with the Yemeni community in America and involving them in the investigations, and inform the public opinion about what the outcome of the investigation.

In conclusion, the Association statement appealed to the President of the Republic of Yemen, Field Marshal Abd Rabo Mansour Hadi,to assign the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants and the Embassy of Yemen in America to do their duty to protect Yemenis abroad and move quickly in this case in cooperation with U.S. authorities to preserve the rights and the blood of the Yemeni abroad victims and inform public opinion and the local of the results.
