the Maonah Association for Human Rights Condemns and deplores all acts of sabotage carried out by militias belonging to the Force of First Armored division led by Ali Mohsen al-Ahmar and the Joint Meeting Party and the works represented in the segmentation of the vector area Alhima Sana'a governorate and those acts of sabotage intended to destabilize the security and disturb public tranquility and the introduction of the country in severe crises.
And these acts are punishable in accordance with the Presidential Decree Law No. (24) for the year 1998 on combating crimes of kidnapping and carjacking in the material (1-11)
Article (1): (the head of a gang of alleged kidnapping, carjacking, looting of public or private property by force, shall be punished by death and partners shall be punished in the same sentence).
The Maonah Association calls for the security authorities prosecute the perpetrators and bring them to justice so they get punished as their crimes are of genocide crimes and affect the security and stability of the homeland and the citizens.
