AMHRI participated in the United Nations ECOSOC Partnership Forum in New York
The Association Ma’onah for Human Rights and Immigration (AMHRI) participated in the Partnership Forum of the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC), held on Tuesday, 27 January 2026, at United Nations Headquarters in New York. The Forum focused on the role of transformative, equitable, and coordinated partnerships in accelerating implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development.
AMHRI’s participation comes amid the ongoing deterioration of Yemen’s humanitarian and human rights situation, underscoring the urgent need for equitable, accountable, and rights-based partnerships that connect humanitarian action, sustainable development, and peacebuilding within the framework of the 2030 Agenda.
